Mr. Robin
One of the frequent visitors to the garden. Robins are extremely territorial, so we know it’s always the same one – hence the “Mr”. I snapped this as he was sitting on the fence post waiting for me to put bird food out. It was just after sunrise, so the background was given a warm glow by that particular kind of light you get first thing in the morning. Interestingly, the fence post and wire fall exactly on the lines dictated by the Rule of Thirds – I definitely didn’t see that when I took the shot!
